Congratulations to Philipp on his first year at CNT
Today we have a small anniversary to celebrate. On the one hand it is children’s day, but on the other hand Philipp has been with us for exactly 1 year.

Within a few weeks he has become an indispensable team member and has taken over topics independently. Today, he is an important contact person for many customers for the optimization of their cooling technology and the collection of essential measurement data. He has acquired the necessary skills bit by bit by doing every operation himself at least once.
Our motto is “Don’t ask anything of others that you can’t or don’t understand yourself.” This is exactly how a trusting cooperation and plannable team success is created.
After the many stations and topics, Philipp now mainly deals with technical project planning and the creation of offers as well as solution concepts in the area of business development. In addition, he also supports our sales partners in technical matters. 👨🏻‍💻
